Create a harmonious culinary experience by pairing a perfectly balanced cocktail with a specific dish or cuisine. Consider the interplay of flavours, textures and aromas.
A cocktail designed as part of a food experience: a bite, a dish or a course. The drink must elevate the pairing, not compete with it. Balance and complementarity are the whole brief.

How the night runs
All 12 teams compete in six head-to-head match-ups. Each match-up is an Individual match and a Team match, seven minutes each, scored on TASTE by a five-judge panel. The round also includes a Mystery Box element, judged on its own, with a bonus for the winner. Teams earn Championship points by their place on the night.
